Past dues from 2009 and before have been dismissed in the recent Board meeting numbered 94, on August 10, 2010 based on the authorization given in the General Meeting on July 6, 2010. It was also decided to offer those who do not pay their 2010 fees to be excluded from membership in the following General Meeting.

We request our members to pay their fees for the period covering January - December 2010, till September 30, 2010.

Those whose membership applications have been approved and paid their membership fees in 2010 already cover the period January - December 2010. Hence, they do not have to pay once more, but can pay their 2011 fees from January 1, 2011 on.

As the Board of Directors, we will vote for the dismissal of members who still have dues from 2010 from the Society in the next General Meeting held to be in June 2011.
