Mr. Bissonnier received a BA in economics from the University of Geneva. He began his professional career as a financial analyst at Chase Private Bank in Geneva in 1992 and served as a portfolio manager responsible for managing multi-asset-class and multi-currency portfolios from 1994-1998. In 1998, Mr. Bissonnier was hired as a portfolio manager and research analyst at EIM, where he worked with founder and chairman Arpad Busson. He joined EIM's Global Investment Committee in 2000, and became CIO for Europe and Asia in 2003, currently responsible for US$13 billion in alternative assets. Mr. Bissonnier is a frequent speaker on alternative strategies, asset allocation, and risk management at alternative investment conferences worldwide.

Dr. Ivanovitch is president of MSI Global Inc., a company he founded to conduct research on the world economy and investment strategy. Prior to establishing this analytic and advisory service, he worked as a senior economist in charge of the financial market analysis at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris. He also served as the co-editor of the OECD’s quarterly Financial Market Trends. Before joining OECD, Dr. Ivanovitch was an international economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Dr. Ivanovitch has been on the faculty of the Columbia Business School for 10 years, teaching economics, international business strategy, and a seminar on the world economy. He has also held teaching appointments at INSEAD and HEC, top-rated business schools in Europe. He has published numerous articles on international economics and finance, and he is a frequent speaker to bankers, corporate executives, institutional investors, and money managers. Dr. Ivanovitch holds a PhD in economics, a master's degree, and an MBA from Columbia, as well as a European law degree.
